Muslim World has faced contemporary challenges through ages. In the current scenario the big challenge being faced by the Muslim community is Islamophobia. The fear of Islam and Muslims is nothing new, but it has changed its manifestations over a period. Prophetic and companion’s era were also faced the challenge of Islamophobia. Although in 20th century, the ideology of Islamophobia was not much influenced in the Muslim World but in current period Islamophobia is spreading fast. This is obvious that Islamophobia has now become a serious challenge ideologically and morally for Islamic Da’wah. Qur’an, Hadith and Prophet Seerah are the special targets of Islamophobia. The current study describes the contemporary challenges of Islamophobia, answers the questions that what are the effects of Islamophobia on Muslim Societies and recommend the balance solution regarding the challenge of Islamophobia.
