For leadership managing a state is tougher target. Muslim leaders have no noteworthy part in the world. There are many reasons behind this failure. But the core of all is lack of principles of leadership. Leadership has vital and most important role in a successful state. A leader is the one who lead people for the sake of state’s objectives. Therefore, he/she must have the qualities by which individuals happily follow him and achieve set goals of state. The leader can only be successful when he set his principles and act accordingly those decided principles. Rules and regulation are the basic of all systems. Even if a small organization does not set their principle get fail. Setting principle and practicing them is the guarantee of success. Successful leaders known by their principles and never neglect their principles at all. Muhammad (peace be upon him) is an ideal and great leader in every aspect. With this reference all colonial power in general and British Empire in particular emphasized the democratic format in all its colonies before giving them independence. Thus, after the creation of Pakistan every effort was made to bridge the Islamic modes and democratic rules in creating constitution for a newly born Islamic state. Starting from objective resolution to 1973 constitution every effort is made on Islamic, political and legal grounds to achieve the task of modern Islamic democracy. This research paper is an effort to understand the relation of both aspects and explain the future prospects of its achievement.
Ali Rehman Copyright (c) 2021 Islamic Sciences 2021-01-01 2021-01-01 3 Being recipients of Zakat: A comparative study based on Zakat collectors and Charitable Institutes
Many charities working in our society play a very important and active role. Zakat is a basic component of their financial system and a large part of their fixed expenses is the salaries of the people who work in it. Therefore, many institutions want their salaries to be paid from Zakat, and for this purpose, they rely on the "Aamleen" (out of the eight expenses of Zakat mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. That was a group whose job was to collect Zakat from the people at the official level; their salary was paid from the collected Zakat.)

Similarly, a large number of Islamic madrassas also receive Zakat and Sadqaat. Are the people working in it be paid Zakat on the basis of speculation on the judges or other government officials who work for the public interest and their wages are paid from the treasury or not? In this article, first the necessary issues related to the Aamleen have been mentioned and then it has been examined whether the said persons can be compared to them or not.
Asim Ali Khan Copyright (c) 2021 Islamic Sciences 2021-01-01 2021-01-01 3 The importance of Hadith and Sunnah in Islamic way of life: A research review
Muslim Ummah agrees that correct and authentic Ahadith are building over all the Muslims. Several verses of the Holy Quran commands sincere obedience of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) is obligatory and is a religious duty of a Muslim. The way of the obedience of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) is to follow his footsteps and his teachings. His correct Ahadith should be referred in resolving all sort of religious problems and his authentic Ahadith are secondary source of Islamic law after the Holy Quran, because our Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) is a central figure of Islam. In this research paper, in the light of the views of experienced lexicographers, the lexical and intellectual meanings of the Sunnah has been explained; and importance of Hadith-o-Sunnah has been explained to live the life in Islamic manner.
Dr. Naseem Akhter Hussan Ara Mr Abul Haleem Abid Copyright (c) 2021 Islamic Sciences 2021-01-01 2021-01-01 3 An analytical study of the standards of majority and minority in Quranic teachings
In life, the value given to the opinion of the majority in each aspect and keeping the literate people equal to illiterate is totally wrong. In the contemporary era, this idea is being represented by western democracy. Considering this concept, we have reviewed this idea in the light of teachings of the Holy Quran, and it is concluded that the Holy Quran and the practices of its first instructor; the Prophet (peace be upon him) of Islam does not support this philosophy. It is a purely human-made idea. On the other hand, the divine source of guidance - Islam guides us to give value and to take into consideration the merit, real abilities and capabilities of the human being rather than their mere count. It is concluded in the paper that all matters should be judged based on merit as well as issues should be decided with mutual consultation of the men of intellect, rather than on a majority and minority basis. Merely number game is not the logical way to decide issues. It is the only and the right way, otherwise, ultimate personal and communal failure will be our destiny.
Dr. Maqbool Hasan Copyright (c) 2021 Islamic Sciences 2021-01-01 2021-01-01 3 A research overview of the various sayings of the critics concerning Imam Sulaiman bin Ahmad Tabrani
After the Qur'an, the Hadith is the second most important source of the Islamic Shari'ah, in which the Muhaddithin had dedicated their lives to it and had tolerated every inconvenience and criticism. Nevertheless, these scholars were also not exempted from accusation and had regularly faced criticism from their peers. But even so, their determination and love of religion did not diminish. They continued their efforts and kept spreading the Hadith to the people. One of such scholars is Imam Tabrani. He is the most famous Muhaddithin of his time, well known for his numerous credentials and traditions. However, like the other Muhaddithin, he could not escape the scourge of scholars. The purpose of this research work is to evaluate and analyze various sayings of his critics.
Marium Hamid Dr. Naseem AKhtar Copyright (c) 2021 Islamic Sciences 2021-01-01 2021-01-01 3
